I'm an enterprise solutions consultant. Six years on the ServiceNow platform — started as a technical consultant, moved into pre-sales, then left ServiceNow to work directly with customers at P1.

I work best when the technical and commercial sides aren't kept separate. Architecture, Automation, Deal strategy. I've had to hold all of it at once, and that's where I do my best work.

I build tools on the side to fix the things that slow down pre-sales. The Services Estimator came first.
